Gluten Free White Bread (From a Pre-Mix)

A shortcut to making your own Gluten Free White Bread at home. I always keep this in my pantry and it takes me less than 5 minutes to prepare, then I put the Bread Maker on and don't touch it until it's ready!

  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C)
  2. In a large bowl add the mix, eggs, water and oil and blend together well
  3. Lastly add the instant yeast and blend
  4. Cover bowl with a cloth and allow to rise for 40 minutes
  5. Once bread has risen, put into the oven with a piece of aluminum foil loosely over the top (to keep the top from getting too dark and allow the middle to fully cook)
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked thoroughly; use the toothpick method to check if the bread is cooked/cooked if it comes out clean

    If using in a BREAD MACHINE:
    -Add all of the ingredients into the machine
    -Choose Gluten Free for the Bread Type
    -Color: Dark (it will still come out a nice golden brown)

Tips

If you want to add any ingredients like nuts, etc-your Bread Machine will beep several times when it's ready for that step. If not, just leave it alone until it says DONE!
